                             Gulab jamun ki sabzi

            U  guys had eaten lots of gulab jamun in dasert but u have not eat gulab jamun sabzi yet 

 so guys have a look n learn how to make gulab jamun sabzi

Frist of all we learn how to make gulab jamun for sabzi

Ingridients:-
  1. 100gm Mawa 
  2. 20gm Maida
  3. 200ml oil for fry

Recipie:-

  1. Take Maida and Mawa in a bowl 
  2. creat a dow by beating them
  3. After creating dow  make some littel ball of all the dow
  4. Then take a frying pan pour the oil into pan
  5. Heat the oil until it get hot 
  6. Then fry the dow's ball in low heat 
  7. Fry them until they convert into gold colour

                                 Now u have your gulab jamun for sabzi  

After making gulab jamun we make the sabzi's puree 
Ingridients:-
  1. 500ml curd
  2. 1 tsp Mirch powder 
  3. 1 tsp Haldi powder
  4. 2 tsp dhaniya powder
  5. salt to taste
  6. pure ghee 2 tbsp 
  7. hing powder 1/4 tsp
  8. jeera 1 tsp

Recipie:-
  1. Take a bowl n pour the curd and all four masalas
  2. Mix them well
  3. Take a frying pan and pour the pure ghee in it
  4. After the ghee get hot pour the hing powder and jeera in the ghee
  5. Then pour the curd  which we prepared into the frying pan
  6. After our puree get bubbles pour all the gulab jamun which we prepared 
  7. after pouring gulab jamun shut off the gas n close the pan 
  8. Do not cook the sabzi after pouring gulab jamun becouse if we cook them more then our gulab jamun  can lost there position
